Bridget joined the HeydayTeam in Summer 2021 as a photographer with many years experience. Her technical ability and quality of her work was a given but what is important to us is that Bridget is also a friend.

A few words from Ciara


Originally from Sligo, I've made Laois my 2nd home.


My journey to photography was unconventional; I began my career as a Nurse specialising in Intellectual Disability.


During a career break, I discovered my true passion for photography, which has since become my full-time profession.


I cherish the creative freedom it offers and the joy it brings to families.



One of my favorite moments is witnessing parents' reactions when they see the images of their newborns or family portraits.

As an artist and art facilitator, my creative journey has been diverse.


After years in the industry and working as a personal and business coach, I returned to college to pursue various art courses.


My artistic expression spans painting, photography, and experimenting with different media.


 At Heyday Studios, I also manage the essential administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

I'm a proud Dublin woman who relocated to Laois with my family in January 2021.


With over a decade of experience in photography, I've had the pleasure of knowing Ciara for many years and am absolutely delighted to be part of the Heyday Studios team.


Specialising in newborn and family photography, I'm known for my patience—a trait I attribute to being a mother of six.


I have a deep love for children and take great joy in capturing beautiful images of babies and families.
