Below are guidelines to accomplish a successful

Fine art portrait session.

Please share these with your spouse as well if they will be attending.

NOTE: Outside cameras, including smart phones, tablets or otherwise, as well as any other recording devices are not permitted to be used for recording or photographing at your session. You are more than welcome to take background images that contain me photographing your little one, if you share these images on social media please tag our page.I kindly ask that this policy is also shared with your spouse or partner. Thank you in advance for understanding that this is not a negotiable policy.

Preparing for your Session

~Please arrive approx. 10 minutes before our session start time so we are not rushed, have time to set up, and for everyone to have a chance to get comfortable and meet.

~ Please remember to wear neutral clothing or clothing which does not have large logo's/patterns.

General Tips

~Please have a brush handy on the day of the session for fix ups as needed. A little light hairspray beforehand can be helpful too (for boys and girls). Please plan hairstyles accordingly so that everyone is able to move around and play without getting messed up too easily.

~Are you comfortable with me straightening hair and clothes? If so, please let your child know. I may need to move their hair out of their face or straightenclothes. I do not want to invade their/your personal space or upset anyone.

For the Kids...

~Please note these sessions are different to normal family sessions. Your child must be old enough to understand posing directions from the photographer.

The more relaxed and comfortable they are the more natural their expressions will be.

Smooth running of the Session

~Please allow the photographer to direct everyone through the session. It helps kids focus on the photographer when they are the voice they hear the most clearly. We will keep them on pace and help them pose/focus on the photographer.

Finally..

~ Our studio is a large room but it also has a lot of equipment and props, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times while in the studio.

If you have any problems on the day of or need to give us a ring, here’s the studio phone number 083-3189846.
